Scope and seller

The contract is entered into with the seller identified on this page. These terms apply to consumers and, where compatible, other customers purchasing through the website.

Handmade products

Each bag is hand-knotted and finished one at a time, with a lining cut and sewn for the piece. Small variations in weave, tension, colour or placement are natural features of handwork and are not defects.

The product page states the contents, materials, dimensions, availability and level of personalisation.

Order and contract

Before paying, customers can review products, quantity, price, discounts, delivery, personal details and consent choices. The final button clearly states that the order entails an obligation to pay.

A technical receipt is not always final acceptance. The contract is confirmed when payment is authorised and Iré sends an order confirmation on a durable medium.

The contract is stored for operational and legal purposes. Available languages are Italian, English and German.

Prices and promotions

Prices and totals are in euros. The server recalculates prices, availability, promotions, delivery and the final amount before payment.

Public price reductions use the applicable previous-price reference rules. Reserved codes, bundles and personalised benefits follow the conditions stated in the offer.

Payment methods

Checkout may offer cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and other compatible methods. Availability depends on country, currency, device, amount and activation on the payment account.

Iré does not store full card or PayPal account details. An uncertain authorisation is reviewed or cancelled without automatically creating a duplicate charge.

PDF guides and DIY kits

The PDF guide is personal digital content sold in Italian or German and is also included in the stated kits. Access is delivered after payment and does not permit resale, public sharing or redistribution.

Immediate supply before the 14-day period expires requires an express request and acknowledgement that the applicable withdrawal right is lost when supply begins.

A DIY kit also contains physical components, so the rules for physical goods apply to delivery and withdrawal unless a clearly agreed personalisation applies.

Making and delivery

Standard tracked home delivery takes 3–5 business days.

Physical delivery is available only to countries enabled at checkout. Digital-only guides may be purchased in Italy, Germany, Austria and Switzerland with no delivery charge.

Statutory guarantee

All mandatory remedies under the statutory conformity guarantee remain available. Contact Iré if an item is faulty, damaged or not what was ordered.

Normal wear, misuse, unsuitable washing or third-party alterations are not original conformity defects.

Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from non-personalised physical goods within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, using the dedicated online function or email.

In addition to the statutory right, Iré voluntarily offers a free return up to 30 days after delivery for non-personalised physical goods returned intact, complete and without signs of use beyond normal inspection. This extension does not reduce or replace statutory rights.

The exception applies to made-to-measure or clearly personalised goods. Handmade or small-batch production alone does not automatically remove the right if the item was not personalised for the customer.

For genuinely personalised products, Iré remains available to assess reasoned return requests voluntarily and case by case. This commercial discretion does not create an additional withdrawal right and does not limit the statutory guarantee.

Goods must be returned within 14 days after notice. Customers are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Collection and reimbursement

Once the request is confirmed, Iré arranges home collection and agrees the date with the customer, subject to the carrier’s availability.

Iré covers the direct cost of accepted returns. Where the statutory guarantee applies — including faults, damage, non-conformity or errors attributable to Iré — collection and the required remedies are always provided at no cost to the consumer.

Reimbursement uses the original payment method unless otherwise agreed and may be withheld until the goods or proof of return are received.

Complaints, ADR and law

Send complaints to assistenza@ireshop.it with the order number and requested solution. Consumers may also consult the official European list of recognised ADR bodies.

Italian law applies without removing mandatory protections of the consumer’s country of residence. Mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
