01Are the bags genuinely handmade?+
Yes. Irena knots the weave, sews the lining, finishes the handle and strap and checks every piece. Small differences are part of handmade work.
02Is the lining included?+
Yes. Every bag includes a matching lining or inner pouch and its coordinated strap.
03When will my order arrive?+
Standard tracked home delivery takes 3–5 business days.
04How much is delivery?+
Tracked delivery is free to the European Union countries enabled at checkout.
05Can I return the bag?+
For non-personalised products, the statutory withdrawal right applies during the first 14 days and Iré’s free commercial return remains available up to 30 days after delivery. Iré arranges collection and covers the cost. The ordinary withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, but we still assess requests with valid grounds; faults, damage or Iré errors are handled at no cost.
06How should I clean the cotton?+
Remove dust with a soft brush. Dab marks with a barely damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or soak.
